Thank You! Flowers were gorgeous and well-received, commented on, and placed in large entrance way, front and center at Merrill Hills Country Club, where post Memorial Service luncheon was held. I assume they were at Church too. I sat in back and didn't get a great view of the whole deal! Sue E., the widow of the late Ward E. absolutely loved and appreciated them! I had called to order a floral arrangement for a funeral this week. I wouldn't have been able to call the next day and it was 6:15 pm. I was having trouble finding a place open. The one other place I could find open, wasn't local, and I didn't want to pay a middle man. Also they didn't really have what I wanted (Lockers). When I called you, you were just closing up and had shut down the computer but you took my call and were very nice about it. You got me exactly what I wanted and for the price range I needed. EXCEPTIONAL service! I thought I would be proactive this year and order flowers a day before they were to be delivered to my wife's work. Not only were they delivered within the range requested, they were delivered 2 hours after I had called! Every step of the process was completely painless and I felt that I was a valued customer from the start. Quite the oddity nowadays. I will NOT hesitate to use Olde English Flower Shoppe's service in the future! Did I forget to mention that my wife feels that this is one of the best arrangements she has ever received? I stopped in to pick up an arrangement of flowers for the office. They were beautiful and full of color. That was a week ago. Today someone asked me if I just got flowers - I said yes - a week ago. Both the person and I were just amazed to realize the flowers were just a beautiful as the day I picked them up. I had to touch them to make sure they were fresh and not silk. This is the reason you go to a real florist for flowers - I will recommend Olde English to everyone!! - Deb H.

Not your average run of the mill flower store... These people do it up right... Family business I always try to go to the Ma & Pa places and this one is by far the best I have ever been in. The flowers lasted over 2 weeks they told me they buy direct from the grower and that they get them in fresher than from the wohlesalers. I was amazed but very happy.. And I am always treated like a part of their family, they make the whole thing an unforgettable experience,. The coffe they share warms me on a chilly day. I have lived out of Wis. for the past 10 years, I have always used Olde English, since they were my florist when I lived there. I cannot say enough about the quality and service they provide, even though I am out of state, a phone call is all it needs and my order is taken care of as though I was there, and I get RAVES about the arrangements, and the long lasting flowers, usually about 10 days from the reports, and flowers the recipients have never seen before. I usually leave it up to the designer to do something nice in whatever price range I want to spend, and have never been dissapointed. Thank you Olde English, keep up the good work. Nan.

The Olde English crew had very short warning to get flowers delivered for a party and they not only did an excellent job with the flowers but pulled a driver off other work he was doing to come back to the shop to take our order. Thats the extra mile with out a doubt.
